The Senior Start-Up Lead is responsible for guaranteeing the success of new projects. The implementation team works closely with sponsors, CROs, site staff and internal staff to ensure a smooth transition from sold business to serviceable project. The Senior Start-Up Lead manages projects and acts as a mentor and subject matter expert to other team members. Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the Study Implementation Team to ensure efficient operation of the department through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The Administrative Assistant may also assist the Global Client Services department where needed. The Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of accounts payable, with the primary job focus of ensuring that all company expenses are recorded and paid accurately and on time. This includes but is not limited to; recording vendor invoices in the general ledger, making weekly payments using various payment methods, handling a variety of currencies and exchange rates, maintaining the accounts payable sub-ledger, creating and maintaining vendor records including W9s, reconciling vendor statements, and responding to all internal and external accounts payable inquiries.
