This role is responsible for providing accurate, efficient, and timely administrative support for the Director of Sales, Account Managers, and Sales Leaders.
Global Study Manager
Reporting to the Director, Global Client Services, this mid-level position, based in our Philadelphia headquarter office, requires 3-5 years of project management experience in a service oriented environment. The Global Study Manager (GSM) is responsible for all aspects of service delivery for assigned clinical research studies, and is the main point of contact at the study level for our Sponsor and CRO Study Teams, Clincierge Coordinators, and Vendor Support Services.

Human Resources Assistant
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this position is based in our Philadelphia headquarters and requires a Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in Human Resources and a minimum of 2 years of general administrative assistant experience. This role is responsible for the administrative support of day-to-day human resource operations. Additional responsibilities include the daily organization and general administrative office support.
