Accounts Payable Specialist

Reporting to the Controller, this is a mid-level position, based in our Philadelphia headquarters, requires a minimum of 3 years of accounts payable experience in a department processing a high volume of monthly transactions. This role is responsible for all accounts payable activities with a focus on ensuring all company bills are paid accurately and on time. Service organization experience and knowledge of project-based accounting is required, and experience working in a “pass-through” organization is preferred. A strong proficiency with MS Excel and accounting software are needed in this position.

Business Development Coordinator

Using your high level of initiative and skills for prospecting and lead generation, you will support Clincierge’s team of top performing Regional Sales Leaders. The ideal candidate will generate new business prospects from multiple business sources, including marketing leads, prospect lists, professional networks, and internet research.  As the first point of sales contact to potential customers, you are responsible for creating interest in the Clincierge brand.

Frequent status reports to the leadership team on the organization’s financial operations are also a key function of this position.
