Reporting to the Controller, this is a mid-level position, based in our Philadelphia headquarters, requires a minimum of 3 years of accounts payable experience in a department processing a high volume of monthly transactions. This role is responsible for all accounts payable activities with a focus on ensuring all company bills are paid accurately and on time. Service organization experience and knowledge of project-based accounting is required, and experience working in a “pass-through” organization is preferred. A strong proficiency with MS Excel and accounting software are needed in this position.
Using your high level of initiative and skills for prospecting and lead generation, you will support Clincierge’s team of top performing Regional Sales Leaders. As an integral member of a dynamic Sales Team, the Business Development Coordinator (BDC) identifies potential new business within the pharmaceutical and medical device industry. The ideal candidate will generate new business prospects from multiple business sources, including marketing leads, prospect lists, professional networks, and internet research. As the first point of sales contact to potential customers, you are responsible for creating interest in the Clincierge brand.

You thrive in reaching for and achieving, in support of a worthwhile healthcare mission, humanizing the patient experiences in clinical drug trials. In this position, you will be guiding the financial health and expansion of a dynamic organization in a vital industry. Supporting growth and sustainability, the Controller delivers long-term financial planning and direction for the accounting, financial, contract management, and risk operations of the company. This includes the development of a financial and operational strategy, and the monitoring of internal control systems. Frequent status reports to the leadership team on the organization’s financial operations are also a key function of this position.
The right match for this opportunity will apply a proven ability in accounting leadership to develop, implement, and maintain accounting processes, while supervising a staff of four accounting department personnel. You will oversee all accounting functions and responsibilities that drive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and as a member of the leadership team, have the opportunity to collaborate in organizational strategic planning and implementation initiatives.
The Regional Sales Leader (RSL) based in the Greater Philadelphia Area will have a minimum of five years’ experience executing sales goals in a business-to-business service environment. As a key member of the Sales Team you will be responsible for generating new sales and growing current business. The ideal candidate will be skilled at driving sales in a fast growing entrepreneurial environment, by cultivating long-term customer relationships, through high touch and engaging sales service, creating unrivaled customer satisfaction. With your knowledge, motivation, and energy you will showcase the Clincierge brand to current and potential customers, as well as industry leaders.
