Account Services Manager (one in Philadelphia, one in Raleigh-Durham area)

The Account Services Manager (ASM) is responsible for account level operations and is the main point of contact for assigned accounts. The ASM works in conjunction with the account Sales Leader, Global Study Managers and Clincierge Coordinators who support each study for the account to ensure Clincierge is delivery in a manner which exceeds client expectations and KPIs. The ASM represents Clincierge in developing effective communications and integrated operations with each assigned client, and may tailor Standard Operating Procedures for each account.

The ASM works closely with aligned Sales Leader and Study Managers to onboard new clients and implement sales based initiatives which support account growth and the overall vision and direction of each assigned account. See full description and job requirements

Director of Sales

The Director of Sales, Clincierge (DOS) is responsible for planning and executing sales plans targeted at the Clinical Trial performance improvement market. The DOS will be responsible for goal achievement by directing and managing the activities of our Sales and Sales support positions. See full description and job requirements

Financial Analyst (entry level)

The Financial Analyst is responsible for all aspects of accounts payable, with a primary focus on ensuring all company bills are paid accurately and on time. The analyst is also responsible for ensuring the accuracy of wire transfers, company credit card payments, and payments to recipients using our third party payment portal. The financial analyst will provide in depth reporting on various aspects of all ongoing and completed Clincierge projects. This includes, but is not limited to, supporting the Clincierge Financial Analyst in monthly reports of profitability, direct expenses, pass through expenses, retention rates, and escrow totals for all Clincierge projects. The Financial Analyst will assist in forecasting future cash flows from current and future Clincierge projects. Global Resource Manager

The Global Resource Manager (GRM) is responsible for management of Clincierge’s global resources which directly support patients enrolled in the studies we support. The GRM will build and lead our team of global Clincierge Coordinators and strategic vendor partners to meet the needs of our business pipeline and current programs. Global Study Manager

The Global Study Manager (GSM) is responsible for all aspects of onboarding and delivering of services on assigned Clincierge studies. The GSM is the main point of contact at the study level for our Sponsor and CRO Study teams, Clincierge Coordinators and Vendor support services. The GSM is responsible for budget management, Client reporting, delivery of contracted services, and management of study level key performance indicators (KPIs).
