Overcoming barriers to patient participation in clinical trials

Finishing your clinical study on time and on budget is key. It requires not only careful planning but also the ability to recruit, enroll and retain patients for the duration of the trial. Clincierge® provides unique services on a global basis to trial sponsors, CROs and research institutions that help overcome barriers to patient participation and reduce trial time and cost, thus accelerating the process of getting products to market and treatments to patients. Through patient-centric services and personalized support, we help alleviate the anxiety and expense of trial participation for patients and caregivers, addressing special patient needs and complex trial designs as required. We also relieve study sponsors, investigators and trial site staff from time-consuming patient logistics and facilitate trial-related financial administration through our efficient online payment platform, thus freeing personnel to focus on the patient care and the study itself.

Clincierge services leverage the more than 20 years of health care-related travel and hospitality experience of our parent company, Gray Consulting International Meetings. Our extensive experience and global resources ensure our clients a leveraged spend for transportation and accommodations and a seamless process of getting patients to and from clinical trial sites.
